Would you like to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the mission of the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective HR support for 300 employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and coaching employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Train and develop HR staff and serve as a facilitator for HR training sessions.
You need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years HR experience, including 5 years in management.
- 5 years experience managing HR in multi-site environments.
- At least 3 years continual employment at each job
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; UKG payroll experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, assertiveness, empathy, and confidentiality skills.
- Must hold a valid Alaska Driver’s License
