What your day-to-day might look like:
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll manage the full hiring journey — posting openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews — while keeping candidates informed every step of the way. You’ll organize schedules, handle hiring paperwork, maintain our applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with policies. Working closely with consultants, you’ll help shape effective recruitment strategies and create a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and the team.
You need:
- Degree in Human Resources, or related field highly desirable
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong verbal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Adaptability to unexpected changes
- Strong attention to detail; ability to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to recruitment processes
