What you’ll be doing:

Shape the strategy: Help set short- and long-term marketing plans that move the business forward.

Put budget to work: Manage and maximize resources to make the biggest impact.

Bring ideas to life: Guide the creative process for digital and print campaigns that stay true to the brand.

Support the team: Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant.

Build partnerships: Work with vendors and contractors to deliver strong, collaborative campaigns.

Team up with vendors: Create exciting co-branded campaigns that align with merchandising goals.

Track the numbers: Use data and insights to fine-tune strategies and measure results.

Lead the socials: Drive brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.

Stay ahead of the curve: Keep an eye on marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in the marketing or retail industries
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
- At least two years of experience supervising direct reports
- Experience managing budgets of at least $500,000
- Graphic design experience: 4 years minimum
- Social media and Meta Business Suite: 4 years minimum
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Advanced computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to think creatively within deadlines and pay acute attention to detail
- Ability to develop and manage budgets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current marketing techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of marketing dynamics
- Ability to travel
- Ability to drive a vehicle as needed
